Fox Hill Village was opened in 1990. It was the result of a partnership between Mass General Hospital and the developer Cabot, Cabot and Forbes. Unique in its cooperative ownership structure, Fox Hill Village’s reputation spread as one of the few real estate investment, continuing care retirement communities in New England.
