Wellness Program
Massachusetts General Hospital, one of the original developers of Fox Hill Village, manages an on-site Wellness Center at Fox Hill Village. The center is open 5 1/2 days a week and offers drop in services, wellness screening, educational programs and the opportunity to see your primary care doctor right on site. Fox Hill Village residents also have access to a Medicare approved rehabilitation center, which is operated by Clark House, the onsite skilled nursing home.
Assisted Care Units
It is the intent of the Assisted Care Department and Fox Hill Village to provide the highest quality of personal care and services in an environment that maximizes and ensures the dignity and respect for the individual resident. Purchasing a Full Assisted Care Unit, the resident is entitled up to 1.5 hours per day of a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and supervision by the nursing staff.
In Addition to the Regular Services and Amenities, Assisted Care Units’ monthly fee includes:
• Three meals a day
• Housekeeping Services every Week
• 10.5 hours per week of HHA Assistance
• Nursing visits and medication management
