Wellness Programs: A Commitment to Total Health
Fox Hill Village is committed to promoting total health and wellness for all our residents. All of our programs and services focus on meeting the nutritional, social, emotional, spiritual, vocational, intellectual, physical, and environmental needs of our residents. The integration of all these elements supports our residents to live their best life.
Our in-house fitness center supports residents’ fitness goals and helps maintain general well being. The center offers a full range of exercise equipment and classes as well as personal trainers.
A variety of exercise and movement classes, such as Zumba, yoga, tai chi, and aerobics, are available to all residents.
Our campus features a beautiful walking trail and a golfing green for enjoying activity outside. A walking group meets on a regular schedule.
Dance parties and square dances are scheduled regularly in our auditorium.
We offer nutritious, well-balanced meals in our three dining options. Every dining menu offers healthy Mediterranean-style selections.
Vitalize 360 uses health coaching and assessment to promote optimal wellness for successful aging. The program encourages older adults to consider all aspects of their lives including health, nutrition, physical and mental fitness, social connections, and a sense of purpose. The program lets residents set health goals and measure their results regularly.
Our Wellness Center is open six days a week for all general health concerns. The center offers appointments, wellness screenings, and educational programs to promote overall health. Scheduled physician visits are also available.
