There’s a unique partnership at work at Fox Hill Village. A dedicated board of directors comprised entirely of residents represents community-wide opinions and interests, while an experienced team of managers is responsible for day-to-day operations and future development. Working together toward a common goal, these two groups chart the path for our community.

Barbara Clark

Barbara Clark

President

Ms. Clark, President of the Corporation and Chair of the Fox Hill Board of Directors, hails from Scotia, New York.  She received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Rochester in 1968.  Barbara had a lengthy career at Bank of Boston.  She managed several corporate banking groups and risk management departments before becoming Executive Vice President in charge of Global Financial Services.

Barbara moved to Fox Hill in 2014 and she has served on the Board since 2018.  She previously chaired the Finance Committee and served as Treasurer of the Corporation.  In addition to her other responsibilities, she currently serves on the Sales Committee and the Compensation Committee.

Daniel Fitch

Vice President

Daniel “Dan” is the Vice President of the Corporation.  He earned his BA from Williams College and his MBA from New York University; he is also a graduate of The Stonier School of Banking.  Dan served in the Navy for two years as an officer on a destroyer escort before he joined the training program at The Grace National Bank in New York City.  He worked for Marine Midland Bank in New York, becoming an Executive Vice President and Chair of the Credit Committee. 

Dan served on the Scarsdale, NY Board of Education and as a Vestry member of and Finance Committee Chair for St. James the Less in Scarsdale.  He and his wife Carol moved to Fox Hill in 2013.  Dan has served on the Welcome and the 401(k) Committees.  He currently chairs the Governance Committee and serves on the Finance, Buildings & Grounds and Nominating Committees.

Ernest Greppin

Treasurer

Ernest “Ernie” is the Treasurer of the Corporation.  Served in the Airforce and attended Hobart College for Math and Economics. He is an accountant by trade and an inactive Certified Public Accountant.  Ernie first worked for Peat Marwick Mitchell in its audit department before moving to Meredith and Grew, as its Controller.  He then worked for the Haartz Corporation, a manufacturing company for the world-wide automotive industry.  He then became the Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors. For the last 20 years, Ernie has assisted with local non-profit accounting work.

Ernie has been very active in Westwood.  He has served on the town Finance Committee, the Personnel Board, and one of six members who established the Dedham Westwood Water District.  He served St. Paul’s Church in Dedham as a church warden and as Treasurer.   He and his wife are members of the Dedham Club, where he is a member of the Finance and the Admissions Committee.

Heather Sawitsky

Secretary and General Counsel

Heather serves as General Counsel and Secretary of the Corporation.  She joined the firm of Bingham, Dana & Gould following graduation from law school, and subsequently became Associate General Counsel at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Heather has been very active in community affairs, serving as the Chair of the Wellesley Advisory (Finance) Committee and as Wellesley Town Moderator for 7 years.  She has served on the Boards of the Wellesley Free Library Foundation, The Wellesley Club and the Community Fund for Wellesley, Inc.  Governor Baker has appointed Heather to the Commonwealth’s Advisory Council on Alzheimer’s Disease Research and Treatment, and she also serves on the Advisory Board of the Hastings Center, with a focus on ethical issues associated with aging.  She is a graduate of Smith College, Northeastern University School of Law and TH Chan Harvard School of Public Health, where she earned her Master’s in Health Policy.

Dr. Roberta Coffin

Dr. Roberta Coffin

Roberta graduated from the University of Illinois and earned her M.D. from Western Reserve University (WRU). She became an Instructor in Pediatrics at WRU while being Physician in Charge of the Pediatric Clinics and Emergency Services.  She and her late husband Laurence and their three children moved to Vermont.  She directed the Vermont Department of Health’s Maternal and Child Health Services prior to her appointment as Vermont’s Commissioner of Health.  She then became the administrator of Pediatrics and Obstetrics and Gynecology at UVM’s Medical Center Hospital.

Roberta and her husband retired in 1993 to sail their ocean-going boat from Lake Champlain to Venezuela and back to the Virgin Island over a 10-year period.   Following her husband’s death, and to be nearer to her children, Dr. Coffin moved to Fox Hill in 2020. In addition to serving on the Fox Hill Board, Dr. Coffin is a member of the Better Hearing Committee and on the editorial team of The Fox.

William Gundy

William “Bill” grew up in Rye, NY as second of four boys who all went to Dartmouth College.  Began career at IBM in sales, focused on the major banks in Boston.  Assumed management positions in two different computer start-up companies, before moving to State Street Bank, first as Division Head of Master Trust, servicing large pension plans, then as EVP, member of the Chairman’s Office, and Area Head of the Mutual Fund Services business. He later joined PwC as a Managing Director in the Investment Management Practice.

Bill has served as a trustee of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, and in leadership positions in condo associations and charitable organizations in Vero Beach, Florida and New London, New Hampshire. Bill and his wife, Malora, moved to Fox Hill in 2020.  They have 5 children, 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. In addition to serving on the Fox Hill Finance Committee, Bill sings in the Fox Hill chorus and with the Boston Saengerfest Men’s Chorus. He enjoys golf, tennis, pool and skiing.

Robert Forsberg

Robert Forsberg

Bob who moved to Fox Hill in 2017, was the founder of two and the CEO of three corporations in the electronics industry.  A long-time resident of Westwood, Mr. Forsberg and his family have been  very involved in Lifeworks, Inc., an organization supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities. 

Bob graduated from Bowdoin College, received an MBA from Northeastern University.  He subsequently completed the Owner President Manager Program at the Harvard Business School.  He served for many years on the boards of Old Colony YMCA and Beckett-Chimney Corners YMCA camp.

Nancy Hebard

Nancy Hebard

Nancy earned her BS from Syracuse University and her MS in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.  While raising her children, she taught at the Agnes Irwin School in Rosemont, PA and volunteered through the Junior League of Philadelphia, serving as its President in 1986-7.  She subsequently was elected Regional Nominating Chairman for the Association of Jr. Leagues International and Chairman of Volunteers for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Red Cross, overseeing 28,000 volunteers. 

Returning to education, she became the Director of Admissions and then Head of the Lower School at Sanford School in Hockessin, Delaware, a position that she held until her retirement in 2010.  At Fox Hill, Nancy has served as Chair of the Sales Committee and as a member of the Finance Committee. She is currently Chair of the Building and Grounds Committee and a member of the Governance and Nominating Committees.

Ellen O'Flaherty

Ellen O'Flaherty

Ellen earned a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Yale.  She moved to Cincinnati, with her husband Tom, where she became the head of the graduate program in toxicology at the University of Cincinnati.  She has published a single-author textbook, and over 100 articles in peer-reviewed journals. Her math-based models for regulatory standard setting of bone-seeking toxicants, like lead and calcium, were adopted worldwide.  Ellen served as the second woman president of the Yale Club and was on the Vestry of her church.  Upon her retirement, Ellen and Tom moved to Lyon, France. They returned to the US in 2004 and moved to Fox Hill in 2016.  

 At Fox Hill, Ellen serves on the Library Committee and Speakers’ Selection Committee.  Ellen writes regularly for The Fox.  She spearheaded both the Legacy Letter writing group and the Genealogy Committee.  She is a member of the Building and Grounds Committee and serves on its Art and Design Ad Hoc Committee.

Harry "Skip" Wells

Harry "Skip" Wells

Harry “Skip” lived in Westwood for over 50 Years, serving as the Chair of the Town’s Finance Committee, and a senior Warden at St. John’s Episcopal Church.  For the last fifteen years, he has been the head of the Dedham Retired Executive Group, aka “The DREGs”.  Skip spent most of his professional career at Adams, Harkness and Hill, an institutional research firm, where he was a Wall Street Analyst, Director of Research, and Hedge Fund Manager.  He served on the Board and was a Managing Partner. His main charitable involvement has been with The Home for Little Wanderers, where he served as Chairman of the Board.  During his tenure, The Home doubled its endowment and quadrupled in size.  Skip started a charity golf tournament for The Home, which has netted almost $5 M over the past 25 years. He moved to Fox Hill Village in 2020 and joined the Board in May of 2021.

Chief Executive Officer

Felix has over 20 years’ experience in the senior living industry and a proven track record of strong leadership and outstanding operational results.  In the past he served as Vice President of Business Planning and Analysis for a multisite senior living provider in California, President and CEO of a Life Plan Community in New Jersey, and most recently as the Executive Director of a premier Life Plan Community in Washington, D.C.  He earned dual Masters’ degrees, one in Business Administration and one in Science and Mechanical Engineering, from Odesa Polytechnic University, Ukraine.   He also received a Candidate in Philosophy from Odessa State University and holds Masters’ Certificates in Leadership and Senior Care Management from Rutgers University.  Felix serves as Treasurer for a non-profit chess school where he enjoys assisting talented young chess players in accomplishing their dreams.

Director of Finance

Livia is the newest member of the Fox Hill Village Leadership Team joining in 2022.  She has experience working in finance and accounting in an array of industries including boat building, jewelry manufacturing and investment banking.  Livia has undergraduate degrees in Italian Studies and Business from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania. She became a CFA® charterholder and graduated from MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge with her MBA.  She looks forward to developing a thorough understanding of Fox Hill’s finances and accounting system. Originally from Rhode Island, Livia married a Canadian, and now lives with her husband, young son, and yellow lab, Finnegan, in Norfolk, MA.  In her free time, she can be found at soccer games and swimming lessons or reading books about history.

Robert Kelly

Director of Resident Services

Bob joined the Fox Hill Village team in 1999.  He has over 35 years of management experience in the hospitality and senior living industries.  He assists residents as soon as they move in with resident orientations and is eager to provide residents with the best customer service possible.  He and his programming team helps keep residents educationally, culturally, physically, and socially engaged.  A graduate of the Southern New Hampshire University Hotel Management and a Tourism program, Bob also regularly participates in LeadingAge trainings for aging services providers. Bob lives in Shrewsbury, MA with his wife and two accomplished adult daughters.  He has a love of sports, both watching and playing them. 

Sarah Anne Pompeo

Director of Sales and Marketing

Sarah came to Fox Hill Village in 2019 with over 25 years of management experience in the independent, assisted and memory care senior living industries. She has an extensive background in sales, business operations and resident services.  She became a MA real estate agent in 2020 and a designated REALTOR® from the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® in 2022. Sarah has a BA in Sociology with a concentration in death and dying from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and a Master’s of Business Administration from Simmons University, Boston, MA.  Her passion of assisting and advocating for the elderly came from the deep love she had for her grandparents at a very young age.  She lives in Walpole, MA with her husband and two teenagers and enjoys practicing yoga and heading to the lake in New Hampshire.

Director of Engineering

Ray joined Fox Hill Village in 2015, and has extensive management experience in construction, maintenance and property management, including work for numerous major hotel chains. He is responsible for the impeccable maintenance of over 700,000 square feet of buildings on Fox Hill’s property.

Jacinta Murphy

Jacinta Murphy

Director of Healthcare Services

Jacinta joined Fox Hill Village in 1997 as an R.N., having held staff nursing positions in local hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.  Ms. Murphy is a graduate of Massasoit Community College.  In 2015 Ms. Murphy assumed the role of Director of Healthcare Services, overseeing all healthcare operations throughout Fox Hill Village’s continuum of care.

Rahnuma Habib

Director of Human Resources

Rahnuma joined the Fox Hill Village team in 2022. She has over 24 years of experience in human resources management, recruitment, policy development, labor relations and employment law. As a strategic thinker, she partners with the leadership team to help design and run a stronger organization. Rahnuma has dual master’s degree in Management & Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. She completed a two-year certificate program on Executive Education from the New England School for Financial Studies. She serves as the Membership Director of MetroWest Human Resources Management Association. Rahnuma lives in Hopkinton, MA with her husband, while her two sons attend college. She enjoys music and travelling to foreign countries.

Linda RIley

Director of Fitness

Linda came to Fox Hill Village in spring of 2020 and recently joined the Leadership Team in 2023. Linda has over 20 years of experience within the health and wellness senior living field. She graduated with a bachelor’s in sociology and gerontology, received certifications for Personal Training, Group Exercise, Wellcoaching, aquatic therapy, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Linda takes pride in being involved with LeadingAge (a global organization representing aging service providers) and mentoring other senior living employees across the state through the LeadingAge Leadership Academy, which she graduated from in 2015. With Linda’s Vitalize 360℠ certification, she is motivating our residents to achieve their personal goals and live more vibrant lives. Linda lives in Medfield, MA with her husband, two teenagers and Golden Retriever, Brody. She enjoys coaching field hockey, running, strength training, fitness classes, and walking with friends.
