Partnering for success.

There’s a unique partnership at work at Fox Hill Village. A dedicated board of residents represents communitywide opinions and concerns while an experienced team of managers is responsible for day-to-day operations and future development. Together, these two dedicated and passionate groups chart the success of our community.

The Board of Directors

The Board is comprised of nine people, who serve staggered, three-year terms. Most Board members are residents at Fox Hill, but the shareholders are able to, and have, elected outside members from time to time who bring expertise and skills to the Board. The Board defines the mission of the community, establishes key policies, oversees the fiscal affairs of the corporation, and hires and oversees the work of the Managing Director.
