Great Decisions conversations start with an informative video followed by resident-led breakout session.

Trip: BSO at Tanglewood, featuring cellist Yo Yo Ma

Residents hit the road to Tanglewood, the famed summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, to enjoy a performance featuring Yo Yo Ma, widely considered the world’s greatest cellist.

Speaker Series: Working Under Pressure: Oceanic Deep Dives

What’s it like to explore the far reaches of the earth? Rob McCallum, a founding partner of EYOS Expeditions, has helped organize, guide, and execute logistics for more than 1,000 expeditions to some of the world’s most remote destinations and he’ll be here to tell us about his deep dives — including the Mariana Trench, the lowest point on earth.

Speaker Series: The O.J. Simpson Trial

Justice Dennis J. Curran will take a deep dive into the 1995 O.J. Simpson murder trial.

Speaker Series: The River Runs Salt, Runs Sweet

Each week the Fox Hill Speaker Series offers a variety of programs presented by area professionals. Past presenters have included professors, journalists, authors, musicians, judges, doctors, and other thought leaders. The topics are diverse, thought-provoking, entertaining, and, most of all, engaging. And, many of them feature multi-session classes that give participants the opportunity to take a deeper dive into topics of interest.

Great Decisions: A global affairs discussion program

The Foreign Policy Association’s Great Decisions program is America’s largest discussion program centered around the most critical global issues facing our country today. Using the Great Discussions Briefing Book and video series, Fox Hill residents meet to learn and share ideas as they consider the issues shaping our nation, our world, and our future.

The Fox: A journal of arts and literature

The Fox is truly a resident-driven publication. Content — including memoirs, essays, poems, and photographs — is submitted by residents. The editorial board is also comprised of residents who curate submissions and publish the journal each quarter. With something for everyone, The Fox is truly a delight to read, and we encourage you to download the latest edition here.
